The most common fixes, all in one place.

How do I start editing a photo?

On the SnapPalette home screen, choose a photo from your library or tap the camera button. Then select a style, use Adjust or Effects to refine the image, and export when you are happy with it. iOS may ask for camera or Photos permissions the first time.

Why won’t my artwork save to Photos?

Check iPhone Settings → SnapPalette and allow the app to add photos. Also check available storage on your device. If you still cannot save, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and the exact error message.

I bought Pro, but it still looks locked. What should I do?

In SnapPalette, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Confirm you are using the same Apple Account that made the purchase and that the subscription is active in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If access still does not return, contact us; do not send a full payment card number.

How do I cancel a subscription or request a refund?

Go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions to manage or cancel an Apple subscription. Deleting SnapPalette does not cancel it. For a refund, use Apple’s refund request page; Apple makes the refund decision.

Where are my recent edits stored?

Recent edits are saved in the app’s private storage on your device, with a limit of 20 entries. You can remove an entry in the app. If you delete the app, local recent edits are generally removed too, so save any artwork you want to keep to Photos first.

How can I change ad privacy choices?

When required for your region, SnapPalette Settings shows Ad Privacy Choices. Tap it to review the available Google consent controls. You can also review relevant privacy settings on your iPhone. Read the Privacy Policy for more detail.
